Popis seriálu Dobyvatelé ztracené pravdy 2007

Dokumentární reality seriál, jehož hlavní představitelem je Josh Gates. V každé epizodě se vyšetřovatelé začnou zajímat o zprávy o neznámých tvorech, které někde někdo zpozoroval. Gates se pak se skupinou svých kolegů vydává na místa po celém světě, kde začnou vyšetřovat pomocí výslechů svědků, prověřování všech dostupných důkazů a průzkumu místní historie. Později se pak vydávají přímo do terénu, většinou po setmění, aby se pokusili získat důkaz o existenci tajemného a legendárního tvora, po kterém zrovna pátrají. Jakýkoliv materiál či důkaz následně posílají nezávislým expertům, do laboratoří nebo vědeckých pracovišť k dalším analýzám a ověření. Epizody: 1. série 1.
